My Kobelco SK350D-10 is a 38-40 ton heavy-duty crawler excavator engineered for rock crushing, mining, and demolition. It is built with reinforced structures and a high-power drivetrain to tackle harsh working conditions, making it ideal for large-scale infrastructure projects and quarries worldwide. Powered by the Isuzu 6HK1XQA-04 diesel engine, it delivers a rated power of 197kW (268PS) at 2000rpm, meeting Tier 3 emission standards for global export compatibility. The engine is paired with a Kawasaki hydraulic pump and main control valve, ensuring a maximum auxiliary hydraulic flow of 220L/min (working pressure 34.3MPa) to drive breakers and grapples efficiently. The standard 1.6m³ rock bucket (optional 1.4-1.8m³) features a reinforced structure for reduced wear and enhanced penetration. The HD boom (6.5m) and arm (3.3m) have 14-22% thicker plates in high-stress areas, significantly boosting structural durability for long-term rock operations. With a maximum digging force of 318kN and a maximum digging depth of 7440mm, it handles heavy loads and deep excavation tasks with ease. The upgraded swing motor provides 14% more torque, accelerating loading cycles, while the 315kN traction force ensures excellent climbing ability and off-road performance. The ROPS/FOPS-certified cab offers a comfortable operating environment with an air-suspended seat, a large color display, and Bluetooth connectivity to reduce operator fatigue during long shifts. The centralized maintenance design simplifies daily upkeep, with easy access to key components. The 640L fuel tank extends continuous operation time, and the integrated fault diagnosis system enables quick troubleshooting. With a maximum travel speed of 5.6km/h (low speed 3.3km/h) and a reinforced extended chassis, it balances mobility and stability on uneven terrain. The optional 600/800mm HD track shoes adapt to different ground conditions, with a minimum ground pressure of 54.3kPa for soft terrain operations.
