Upon arrival to our yard, all covers were removed & machine was power washed
Operational & visual inspections were completed
Engine oil filter cut open & checked for contaminates - clean
Transmission filter cut open & checked - clean
Hydraulic filter cut open & checked - clean
Hydraulic oil changed
All differential oils changed & clean
All magnetic plugs checked - good
Following are repairs completed by Marcel Equipment ... 23,068 hours;
Installed 4 NEW batteries & checked all wire connections
Installed NEW throttle shaft seal
Installed NEW bearings on blade lift cylinder
Checked accumulator pressure
Cleaned & checked parking brake

Installed rear pinion seal & repaired yoke
Replaced middle slip driveshaft yoke
Installed NEW hood actuator
Installed NEW engine crankshaft seal at vibration damper
Roll engine bearings - rod, main & thrust
Removed & checked engine oil pump
Installed NEW steering pins & bearings - both ends & both sides
Installed NEW a/c belt & alternator belt
Installed NEW radio
Cleaned & resealed HVAC unit
Installed NEW seat belt
Installed NEW wiper motor
Checked all gauges, controls & switches
Heater & a/c checked
